1. PAYMENT INFORMATION: 50% of your invoice total is due to reserve your vacation dates. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days before arrival. Please reach out to your booking manager for payment methods and information.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY: All payments are final. You may be offered an alternative date upon availability. Guests agree to honor the agreement and NOT retract or dispute any credit card or other monetary forms of payment towards their stay.
• Tours, Services and Transportation: To receive a full refund, you must cancel your reservation at least 48 hours prior to scheduled departure or start time. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged 100% of the total cost.
• Boat Charters: Deposits are non-refundable. PLEASE NOTE: Paying the balance due for boat charters is required and cannot be canceled within 30 days. If you cancel your charters within 30 days, for any reason, you will still be required to pay the full balance due.
3. REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damage deposits are returned within (10) ten business days of check out. Deductions will be made if any of the following occurs.
4. SUGGESTED STAFF GRATUITY: Staff gratuity amount is at your discretion. You are welcome to offer gratuity to your Villa Manager, Housekeeper, Maintenance, Security, as you will find their service and care to have been a crucial part of your group preparation and having an amazing time at the villa.It is important to encourage gratuity as it not only acknowledges the exemplary service received but also supports the hard working individuals who make the experience exceptional.
We suggest 10-20% of your booking total. E.I. $1,500 Gratuity / 20 Guests / 7 Days / 12 Staff = $0.89 Per Guest/Per Day/Per Staff Member
*100% of the proceeds go to the staff you meet during your stay
